HOW TO CANCEL

Before cancelling it is important to note the following:

  • Your Membership is a monthly rolling contract and you can cancel at any time.
  • You must give 2 months written notice, this means that a further 2-months payments are required as part of your terms & conditions.
  • Please do not cancel your direct debit until your payments are up to date.
  • If you cancel and re-join the scheme within the same 12-month period you will be liable to pay three months of your previous membership.

Please state the customer reference number(s) that you wish to cancel, if cancelling more than one membership, the names of each membership should be clearly stated.
